Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

All cancellations are subject to supplier policies.

  • Tour cancellations must be made at least 15 days before the travel date to receive a refund, minus a 30% administrative fee.
  • Transfers canceled within 5 days of the scheduled date are subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are subject to the supplier’s policy and may be treated as a no-show, in which case no refund will be issued.
  • You may reschedule based on availability, provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice. No refund will be issued once a rescheduled reservation is canceled.
  • A charge equivalent to the tour fare applies for any no-show.
  • Delays: There is a 15-minute grace period for the departure, which will be made up by returning 15 minutes later. After those 15 minutes, your reserved time begins to count. If only 30% of the reservation has been paid, we will wait 30% of that time and then cancel the departure. If the reservation has been paid in full, it is considered canceled once the tour time has elapsed, with no refund or compensation of any kind.

To cancel or reschedule, please call our 24-hour reservations line. We recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance to protect against financial loss in the event of a personal emergency or other unforeseen circumstances.

We understand that booking online requires a great deal of trust on your part. We take that trust seriously and make it our highest priority to protect the security and confidentiality of the personally identifiable information (“PII”) you share with us. PII is any information that can be linked to a specific individual, such as your name, address, phone number, or email address. As a visitor to Magic Sea Yachts, you have the right to understand our privacy practices before providing us with any PII.

Information We Collect

Magic Sea Yachts collects only the PII you voluntarily provide and uses it solely to respond to and process your requests for our products and services. Many areas of our website can be browsed without providing any PII; on every page where PII is required, we clearly explain what information is needed to deliver the product or service you have requested. We collect and use your PII when you:

  • Create a traveler profile — we collect each traveler’s full name and contact number, along with any service preferences relevant to your reservation.
  • Make a reservation — we collect the billing address and payment card information (card number, card type, cardholder name, and expiration date) needed to process your reservation. If you book on behalf of others, please obtain their consent before sharing their names, contact numbers, email addresses, and preferences, since they will not be able to access our systems directly.
  • Contact us — we collect details such as your full name, member ID, email address, or phone number when you submit a question, make a suggestion, or request assistance.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and confirm your reservations, to respond to your questions and requests for assistance, and to improve your experience on our website. We also analyze general, non-identifying navigation data to understand our customers better and develop content and programs of interest. No PII is collected unless you explicitly provide it, and no PII is used to deliver targeted advertising.

You control the promotional communications you receive from us. You can opt out of promotional emails at any time; however, we will still send you messages related to a specific reservation.

Sharing Your Information

Magic Sea Yachts does not sell or rent your PII to anyone. We share your information only with authorized service providers and those who perform services on our behalf, or when required by law.

To confirm and fulfill your reservation, we share the necessary details with the suppliers whose services you have booked — just as any travel agency must. While we work only with reputable partners, these suppliers maintain their own privacy policies, and we have not restricted how they use the information needed to fulfill your booking. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any supplier whose services you purchase, and note that suppliers may contact you directly if they need additional information about your confirmed reservation.

We may share aggregated, non-identifying information with our service providers to develop programs and content. If you make or modify a reservation by phone, a third-party customer service provider may access your information solely to assist you. Any third party engaged to run a survey, promotion, or sweepstakes returns all collected information to us upon completion.

Trusted Business Partners

We partner with reputable third-party websites that feature Magic Sea Yachts’ services within their own sites. Because these partners maintain their own privacy policies, which may differ from ours, we encourage you to review them.

Legal Obligations

We may be required by law to disclose information provided in connection with our products or services. We may also disclose information to address activity that threatens our interests, such as fraud, or that could harm others, and we may provide information to third parties, such as payment card companies, to resolve disputes that arise in the normal course of business.
